LG G7 ThinQ was not designed to be a flashy phone but a smart one. It is the successor of G6 and it features better audio, better camera and a brighter screen. But the question is, can this LG compete with the other phones that were launched recently? After testing it we can definitely say that LG G7 ThinQ is the best phone LG has launched until now. 

Design and build

LG G7 ThinQ has all the features G6 has, but for this model they are better refined. It has Gorilla Glass 5, and a curved glass back, which is a must in 2018. When it comes to LG G7 ThinQ specifications, it also has QI wireless charging, because they wanted to find a use to the glass placed on the back of the phone. This LG not only that has IP68 water resistance characteristics, but it also features a 3.5mm jack, on the bottom of the case. The majority of manufacturers prefer to drop the headphone jack when they make a water resistant phone, but this is not the case for LG, because LG considers audio as being the main characteristics of this model of smartphone. 

The power button is placed on the right part of the phone, and the volume buttons are on the left one, a feature similar to iPhone. Next to the volume buttons you can find another button used to access the Google Assistant. LG G7 ThinQ is the only Android phone that also has a screen notch. On the notch the user will find an 8Mp camera, an ambient light sensor and the earpiece speaker.

The screen of LG G7 ThinQ has a resolution of 3120×1440 pixels and an aspect ratio of 19:5:9. The diagonal of the screen us 6.1un, but it is difficult to measure it, because it has rounded corners. This LG model has a Snapdragon 845 processor. The UK model has 4GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage.
